3. General Service Terms
Eligibility: Clients must be of legal age and authorized to enter into binding contracts.

Social Ads: Specify ad creation, budget allocations, platform guidelines, and reporting. Include ad spend responsibility and any guaranteed impressions (if applicable).
Blog Scope: Define the scope of Blog Shorts, Blog GIFs, and Blog Memes, including word count limits, image rights, and revisions.
GoAds(Google Ads): Outline ad management terms, budget, and expected results. Include clauses around compliance with Google’s ad policies.
1st PageSEO: Specify SEO deliverables, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and reporting. Note that results are influenced by factors beyond SMB’s control.
eDirect: Define dual-channel services, including email and direct mail, customization options, and compliance with data privacy laws.
SmartQR: Cover QR code creation, campaign usage, changes allowed per month, and any limitations on data analytics or reporting.
5. Payment Terms
