Requirements
- Passion for a specific industry of your choice and a desire to make a positive impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and content repurposing.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to stay updated with industry trends and apply them effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Able to review and edit pre-written content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Ability to participate in weekly online training and certification courses.
- Must be able to work intensively for 90-100 days with 100% focus on achieving the revenue goal as a team player.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of branding, marketing, and sales skills.
Bonuses
This is a full-time remote position with a $40K base salary, uncapped weekly and monthly commissions, and quarterly bonuses.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Join a city of commerce chamber and choose an industry that excites you.
- Develop and implement the ROC Strategy to maximize the impact of existing assets in your chosen industry.
- Deliver consistent and engaging brand messages while streamlining workflows.
- Enhance the effectiveness of marketing strategies, including those for email, blogs, short-form videos, and social media.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the content writing and copywriting.
- Build and maintain relationships within the industry to drive brand awareness and support business growth.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to achieve measurable results and drive sales.
- Schedule 2 in person or webinar presentation meeting per day with a local business.
- Grow the potential client contact list from 63 to 200 accounts, aiming for a 12% monthly revenue increase
- Verify that all content complies with legal and ethical standards.
- Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Deliver an exceptional customer service experience throughout the onboarding process.
- Participate in training and development activities to stay current with industry best practices.
