Join our dynamic team as a Repurpose Original Content (ROC) Client Onboarding Processor is responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding experience for new clients. This role involves coordinating with (ROC) Specialists, gathering necessary information, signed agreement documents, setting up google drive folders, and acquiring approval verification while maintaining accurate records to facilitate a smooth transition for clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in client onboarding, customer service, or a related role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of content writing and copywriting styles.
  • Ability to participate in weekly online training and certification courses. 
  • Must be able to work intensively for 90-100 days with 100% focus on achieving the revenue goal as a team player.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of branding, marketing, and sales skills.

Bonuses

This is a full-time remote position includes a 50K base salary with quarterly bonuses.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process.
  • Coordinate with clients to collect all necessary documentation and information.
  • Ensure that all client information is accurately entered into the company’s systems.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all onboarding activities.
  • Work closely with ROC Specialist, to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  •  Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their onboarding process.
  • Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer service experience throughout the onboarding process.
  • Participate in training and development activities to stay current with industry best practices. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
